How to log on

  1. To enter a project request, please go to https://projects.naz.edu
    You will then be taken to the main menu.
  2. Click on Create a New Project.
  3. Log in using the Username and Password you use to sign into your computer.
  4. Then, click login

Filling Out The Form

Please fill out the form as completely as possible. Items with asterisks are required.

  1. Create a Title for the project and type in the name (limited to 50 characters).
  2. Select from the drop down menu a Task Category. (E.g. Budget Requests, current year)
  3. Add a Description of the project; please give as much detail as possible.
  4. Click in the Date Needed text box and a calendar will appear. Select the last date of the month before you need the project to be completed.
  5. Enter the Contact Person's name in this section. You may either use the drop down list or type in the person's name. This should be the person who is most knowledgeable about the requirement.
  6. If you know hardware, software and people Resources, please add them to the text box. It is not required for you to fill out this section if not known.
  7. Outcome and Assessment Information is a required field. Please refer to this field's guidance text for assistance.
  8. When you're ready, you may click the Submit button to finish the process or click on the Save as Draft button to save what you've completed so far and come back to finish the form later.
  9. Click on any link in the site stripe at the top of the page to take you to view/change the projects you submitted, return to your draft to update, and view other projects.

  1. There is a link at the top of the page labeled Modify this project. Click on this link and it will take you to a screen where you may update the form. You will now be able to make changes to any area of the project and resubmit it.
  2. Another feature is the ability to view all projects submitted by other departments. Click on the All Projects link on the site stripe.
  3. If you want to view more details of a project, click on its title or ID.

Adding Comments to a Project

  1. Type in your comments in the text box.
  2. Click on the Post Your Comments button to submit them. Your comments may be seen by all users of the system.
  3. You can subscribe to get a listing of comments submitted by other people on all the projects you have submitted. Click on the orange button RSS Logo next to the word "Comments" and, if you're using Firefox, it will take you to a page where you can subscribe to a Live Bookmark. If you prefer to use a web br /owser other than Firefox, the RSS feed can be set up in a variety of programs. Please contact the IT Service Desk at x2111 or usl@naz.edu for assistance with subscribing to RSS feeds using programs other than Firefox.
  4. If using Firefox, click on the Subscribe Now button and a listing of the latest comments will appear below.
